These terms apply to your use of Budget Balancer, an iPhone app owned by Shared Potential Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Financial planning only
Budget Balancer is a personal planning and forecasting tool. It is not financial, tax, legal, investment, credit or debt advice. Forecasts, projections, payoff estimates and alerts depend on the information you enter and the assumptions you choose. You are responsible for checking important figures against your bank, card provider, lender or other official source before making financial decisions.
Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts, balances, payments, transfers, imports, card details and assumptions you add to the app. You should keep your own backups where appropriate.
Subscriptions and purchases
Budget Balancer may offer Pro access through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed through your Apple account and Apple App Store policies.
Unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal, an auto-renewable subscription may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where law allows, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, change or discontinue parts of the app over time. We aim to keep Budget Balancer useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shared Potential Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of Budget Balancer or reliance on forecasts, reminders, imports, exports, calculations or projections. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
